Unilin appoints An Nuyttens as CEO
Wielsbeke, 01/09/2026 - Unilin, part of Mohawk Industries and global reference in interior and building products, announces today the appointment of An Nuyttens as Chief Executive Officer of Unilin and President of Mohawk’s Flooring Rest of the World segment. Nuyttens will join the company in mid-October and succeeds Paul De Cock, Chief Operating Officer and incoming Chief Executive Officer of Mohawk Industries, who has led Unilin and Flooring Rest of the World on an interim basis during the search for a permanent successor.
Nuyttens joins Unilin and Mohawk with more than 30 years of international leadership experience gained through a distinguished career with Solvay, a global chemical company. Throughout her career, she has held senior executive roles with responsibility for strategy, operations, commercial growth and business transformation across global markets in both Europe and the United States.
She holds an MBA and a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from KU Leuven University in Belgium and brings a proven track record of driving sustainable growth, building strong customer partnerships and developing high-performing organizations. Her leadership style is characterized by authenticity, integrity and an ability to inspire and engage others around a shared ambition.
